We are currently seeking qualified professionals to join our team as a Campus Security Manager. Our Values We care about people | We think positively | We are unstoppable Join us Position Objective To ensure the physical and operational security of data centers by leading a specialized security team, implementing effective security strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The role ensures a safe and secure working environment in compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the on-site security team. Train, coach, and evaluate direct reports. Organize security shifts, guard coverage, and patrols. Ensure full compliance with all security procedures and protocols. Respond to, document, and report security incidents to senior management. Conduct regular meetings with clients and regional management. Report operational progress, risks, and improvement needs. Prepare the site and security team for internal and external security audits. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain strong working relationships within the site and with clients. Allocate time effectively across assigned data centers. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Security, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Manager in security operations, preferably within data center environments. Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, and security management software. Preferred certifications: CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional). Advanced English proficiency (bilingual). Valid passport and visa. Valid driver’s license (excluding Guerrero license). Availability to travel within Colón, El Marqués, and Querétaro.
