In this role, you will serve as a vital link between external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and the efficient resolution of payment-related inquiries. You will provide high-quality support, onboard suppliers to our digital platforms, and maintain operational excellence through strict adherence to procedures and timelines. Responsibilities Support inquiries from suppliers and internal Ford personnel through emails, chats and calls. Facilitate end-to-end resolution of concerns related to supplier payment by engaging stakeholders. Collaborate with peers to support learning and educate suppliers on using internal websites and applications for accessing payable-related information. Engage with suppliers while onboarding them to use Ford applications. Complete daily work allocations along with any ad‑hoc, periodic tasks on time as per desk procedures. Support various internal audit requirements as required. Adhere to timelines on a daily basis for all activities as specified. Adept at prioritizing and fulfilling multiple requests and management escalations. Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including external suppliers, internal Ford personnel, management, internal Accounts Payable teams, and essential IT partners. Qualifications Graduation (with accounts as one of the majors) Knowledge of payables and accounting systems Proficiency in English to handle queries and calls from NA suppliers Preferable experience with Ford payable for more than 2 years Working experience in Power BI and Alteryx Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
