You’ll bring product vision to life, balancing business value, user needs, AI capability, and delivery health. You will lead with evidence, foster alignment across diverse stakeholders, and ensure that AI-driven methodology practices scale consistently across teams and clients.AI DeliveryPlan and track using AI for estimates, risk, and capacityAutomate reporting and backlog operationsEnsure quality with AI-powered testing and standardsMaintain cadence, traceability, and file governanceClient SuccessManage clients and expectations with predictive insightsTrack value and ROILead cross-team delivery and scope alignmentDrive adoption through AI-supported change managementTeam & ProcessCoach teams with AI insightsImprove workflows and documentationFacilitate workshops and retrosInnovate through tools, automation, and metricsWho You Are4-8 years of experience in software project management or consultingDeep understanding of Agile practices, backlog management, and continuous delivery at scaleProven ability to manage complex, multi-team programsComfortable interpreting AI-generated content (architecture, code, prompts)Experience with AI tools in project management workflowsTool familiarity: Jira, Notion, MS Project, GitHub, Confluence, Tableau, Zapier, and AI-powered PM toolsKnowledge of AI-drive methodology ecosystem (UX-as-Code, living documentation, prompt libraries)Stakeholder management, business analysis, risk and financial management skillsExcellent leadership and cross-functional coordinationStrong soft skills: strategic thinking, adaptability, emotional intelligenceSoft Skills: Strong communicationMore About PALO ITWe’re eager to adapt to change, learn from experience and move to meet our planet’s urgent needs.
