Reforma, Chiapas - Operador de Tubería FlexibleBajo supervisión directa, realiza Análisis de Seguridad en el Trabajo (JSA) y reuniones de seguridad, así como el montaje y desmontaje del equipo de la línea de servicio de tubería flexible (Coil Tubing). Ensambla y prepara el equipo para su instalación y servicio. Asiste en la ejecución del trabajo. Mantiene el orden general, limpieza, reparación y preparación del equipo para el siguiente trabajo. Realiza inspecciones del equipo de tubería flexible antes y después del trabajo. Es responsable de las operaciones seguras de grúas y aparejos durante la prestación de servicios, conforme al diseño del cliente y los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI).Opera bombas de fluido de alta presión y equipo de soporte para tubería flexible (paquete de retorno de flujo). Realiza pruebas hidrostáticas en el equipo de prevención de reventones (BOP) y carretes durante los procedimientos previos y posteriores al trabajo, incluyendo mantenimiento preventivo (PM). Brinda mentoría a sus compañeros y capacita a asistentes de operador. Monitorea los parámetros de control del pozo y realiza cálculos antes y durante la ejecución del trabajo. Realiza y completa el mantenimiento preventivo de todo el equipo relacionado con tubería flexible.Las tareas del puesto, si se realizan correctamente, impactan indirectamente en el control de costos, eficiencia, rentabilidad u operaciones. Las consecuencias de errores son fácilmente medibles y pueden ser contenidas. Conduce un camión u otro equipo asignado según se requiera.Puede requerirse una licencia de conducir comercial válida. Se requieren habilidades específicas del equipo/puesto de la línea de servicio de productos (PSL). Debe haber completado los cursos esenciales de matemáticas, el libro rojo y la capacitación Coil Tubing I.Dado el carácter del trabajo en campos petroleros, es necesario contar con buenas habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente con otros. Las tareas del puesto, si se realizan correctamente, impactan indirectamente en el control de costos, eficiencia, rentabilidad u operaciones. Las consecuencias de errores son fácilmente medibles y pueden ser contenidas.Se requiere la capacidad para realizar cálculos matemáticos básicos. Se requieren habilidades básicas de comprensión lectora y escritura. Se prefieren habilidades básicas en computación. Puede requerirse licencia para conducir vehículos comerciales.Promueve la conciencia sobre seguridad y medio ambiente, y cumple con todos los procedimientos y regulaciones aplicables en estas áreas. Asegura el cumplimiento de las normas y directrices de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE). Promueve y participa activamente en el Proceso de Mejora de la Calidad.Técnico o Técnico Superior Universitario en áreas afines a la industria Oil & Gas.Experiencia mínima de dos años comprobable de operaciones en tierra o costa fuera con unidades de alta presión.Conocimiento en operaciones de mezcla y bombeo de productos químicos e instalación de líneas de tuberia flexible.Conocimiento basico de operaciones de coiled tubing.Manejo de unidades pesadas es un plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
