Job Description Reporting to the Fulfillment Unit Manager and assist in monitoring, control development and execution of logistic/goods flow action plans. You will lead a team of managers and co-workers ensuring logistics cooperates with commercial team with focus on high level of commerciality with different areas, such as marketing activities and campaigns, departmental re-builds and commercial merchandising. You need to plan, organize and monitor store goods flow process from receiving to sales locations replenishment fulfilling the goal to be ready before store opening. You will contribute heavily also to the outflow with focus on e-commerce implementation with planning, organizing and monitoring picking and packing processes. Contribute to the range management process by adhering efficient and smooth phase in and phase out procedures (space dimensioning and goods allocation). Optimize the utilization of existing store logistics capacities (space, equipment and people) and goods allocation and planning of resources. Responsible for optimization of the total Supply Chain costs by monitoring and giving inputs about deviations from "Global Service Agreement DS/Retail" (loading quality and arrival precision).
