Infrastructure Team Lead Location: Remote Work Model:·         Remote·         Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm We are offering: ●        Pay rate: $50K MXN Monthly●        Direct Hiring●        Law Benefits●        Saving Fund●        30 days Christmas Bonus●        Life Insurance●        Food Vouchers●        Major Medical Insurance Requirements:·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field·         (preferred) or equivalent work experience.·         Proven experience in infrastructure engineering and team leadership roles.·         Experience with infrastructure automation tools, scripting languages, and versioncontrol systems Key Responsabilities:●        Lead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.●        Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and virtualization platforms, both on-premise and in the cloud.●        Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending solutions to enhance IT capabilities and efficiency.●        Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) techniques.●        Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for optimization and risk mitigation.●        Oversee and optimize the organization’s backup strategy to ensure reliable data protection, successful recovery, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.●        Implement and enforce security controls, access controls, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.●        Conduct security assessments and support incident response and forensic investigations.●        Manage cloud infrastructure services and optimize resource usage and costs.●        Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for infrastructure management.●        Collaborate with other IT and business teams to support projects and resolve technical issues.Contact Details: allison.salazar@crhit.com This is a high-visibility opportunity where your expertise will directly impact our Customer’s engineering user experiences.
