We have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Workday Consultant

Must-Have Skills

Provide subject matter expertise for the Workday technical areas

• Manage system integrations and perform optimizations as necessary
• Integration development, solution design & testing - Existing and New Integration
• Support SQA & User Acceptance Testing - Existing and New Integration
• Production Release Support - Existing and New Integration
• Post-Production Support - Existing and New Integration
• Ticket Management and regular production support activities
• Integration monitoring, Root cause analysis & coordination with relevant team/stakeholders
• Categorize/prioritize integration issues based on their impact on critical business processes and address high-priority issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Review the status of integrations after the planned monthly maintenance from Workday
• Conduct regular reviews of the integration process to identify areas for improvement
