Salesforce Software Engineer

En CRH Talento en IT, estamos en búsqueda de un Salesforce Software Engineer. Responsabilidades principales: Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones en Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, Integraciones). Colaborar con Product Owners y Business Analysts para transformar requerimientos en soluciones escalables. Participar en procesos de CI/CD, control de versiones y prácticas ágiles. Mantener la seguridad, calidad y rendimiento del entorno Salesforce. Apoyar la mejora continua, documentación técnica y mentoría del equipo interno. Requisitos: Licenciatura o ingeniería en sistemas, informática o afín. 7+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software (mínimo 3 años en Salesforce). Dominio de Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows y configuraciones avanzadas de Salesforce. Experiencia con GIT, CI/CD y metodologías ágiles. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (B2+). Deseado: Certificaciones Salesforce (Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder, etc.). Experiencia con nubes Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Automotive Cloud). Conocimientos de infraestructura en la nube (AWS, Azure o GCP). Ofrecemos: Participación en un proyecto global de innovación tecnológica. Esquema híbrido o remoto.
