For more information, please visit: www.didiglobal.com/news #LI-Hybrid Team Overview Como Backoffice Anti-Fraud Analyst, serás responsable de la atención y resolución de casos operativos relacionados con prevención de fraude y riesgo financiero, derivados de canales internos. El rol es principalmente backoffice, enfocado en análisis operativo, ejecución de controles y documentación adecuada, asegurando resoluciones oportunas y consistentes con los lineamientos internos. Trabajarás con equipos de Anti-Fraude, Riesgo, Operaciones y Estrategia, contribuyendo a la protección del cliente, la continuidad operativa y la mitigación de pérdidas. Role Responsibilities Gestionar y resolver casos operativos vinculados a prevención de fraude y riesgo financiero Analizar solicitudes que requieren validaciones de riesgo antes de su resolución Ejecutar acciones preventivas o correctivas sobre cuentas, conforme a criterios internos Apoyar en la revisión de eventos relacionados con actividad inusual o potencial acceso no autorizado Participar en procesos de intervención, liberación o cierre de cuentas, asegurando controles de riesgo Colaborar con equipos internos en la atención de casos especiales o de mayor complejidad Documentar correctamente cada caso, manteniendo trazabilidad y racional de decisión Cumplir con SLA’s y estándares de calidad operativa y control Operar bajo horarios flexibles, incluyendo coberturas extendidas cuando la operación lo requiera Role Qualifications Experiencia previa en prevención de fraude, operaciones antifraude o gestión de riesgo Conocimiento general de tipologías de fraude y controles preventivos Experiencia en entornos backoffice y gestión de casos operativos Capacidad para analizar información y tomar decisiones basadas en riesgo Alto nivel de atención al detalle y disciplina operativa Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y manejar múltiples casos simultáneamente Buenas habilidades de documentación y comunicación escrita Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y priorizar tareas Disponibilidad para horarios flexibles y operación continua según necesidades del negocio EEO Statement We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
