The organization relies heavily on data to understand customer behavior, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making across teams.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Analyst to help Our Client transform data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for analyzing large datasets, creating reports, and supporting business decisions through clear and accurate data analysis.ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.Create reports and dashboards to support business and operational decisions.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.Support ongoing optimization initiatives through data-driven insights.Document processes and maintain clear data definitions.Required Experience and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools.Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.High attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred SkillsExperience with business intelligence or data visualization tools.Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying.Experience working with e‑commerce or customer‑related data.Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).Ability to work with large datasets.PersonalityAnalytical and curious mindset.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Proactive and solution-driven.Comfortable working independently and with cross-functional teams.Adaptable to changing priorities.Software & ToolsSpreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel).Data visualization or BI tools.Databases or internal data systems.Basic analytics and reporting tools.Schedule9am-1pm ESTSalary and BenefitsPayment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typePart-timeJob functionAnalystIndustriesRetail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
