In this role, you will lead a high-performing Salesforce engineering team to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical solutions for complex business workflows. You will oversee the technical architecture, ensure quality and scalability, and drive adoption of best practices across development, testing, and deployment. As a hands‑on leader, you will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other engineering teams to align technical strategy with fast‑paced business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to shape the evolution of a Salesforce‑powered platform, improve operational efficiency, and mentor a talented group of engineers in a dynamic, remote‑first environment. Your success will be measured by team performance, solution reliability, and the impact of delivered features. Accountabilities Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, QA engineers, and administrators, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. Define and enforce coding standards, development processes, and review practices to maintain high‑quality deliverables. Drive the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce enhancements and integrations. Partner with product and technology leadership to prioritize work aligned with business objectives. Ensure system stability, data integrity, and scalability of critical workflows. Promote adoption of best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, and secure development. Collaborate cross‑functionally with business, data, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of Salesforce development and administration experience, including 2+ years leading or managing an engineering team. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture for lending or financial workflows. Experience with multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud). Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL. Proficiency with CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, and automated testing frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote environment. Familiarity with event‑driven architectures and high‑volume, asynchronous transaction processing.
