Production Controller JR About this role: At Seco Tools Mexico, we are now looking for the best talent to join our great management team as "Production Unit Controller" based in our plant located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, México. In this role you will be part of the Production Unit Management Team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and indirectly to our Global Business Controller located in Europe. You will be able to work independently receiving minimal guidance, ensure timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advice and tools to optimize performance Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree English advanced Experience working in a global organization More than 10 years of experience in finance roles Self-driven, proactive and well organized to work with deadlines Analytical skills and confident to question and challenge Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization Collaboration and teamwork skills Production knowledge & experience Finance understanding of production variances Standard cost calculation basic knowledge (how is built up) ERP System experience (e.g. M3 or SAP) Inventory following and internal control Opex and investment forecasting follow up Scrap follow up Finance accounting procedures knowledge & experience Control of AP and AR (accounts payable and receivable) Monthly reporting in a group consolidation system P&L and balance sheet Taxes follow up, control and review Ad hoc investigation and calculations FTE and head count follow up What We Offer Career Growth: Opportunities to expand your technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
