Create large-scale (5,000+ respondents per study) surveys and trackers to support products and initiatives across the organization.Design clear, unbiased questions to ensure valid, reliable responses.Develop survey questions that can be applied across distribution channels (e.g., email and in-game) and applied to relevant products.Ability to consider audience make-up when designing and interpreting research.Produce actionable, accurate, and representative data.Ensure that gameplay-related questions are aligned with what is currently being offered in the live game (e.g., maintaining up-to-date lists of map locations and items available in the game).Produce advanced data visualizations using Tableau.Demonstrate ability to clean and manipulate data using Excel or Google Sheets.Create user-friendly dashboards based player survey data for a variety of stakeholders, including product, marketing, analytics, and design.Query data with SQL (Databricks preferred, Snowflake nice-to-have).Query multiple types of databases to develop survey send audiences.Use custom SQL to build data queries in Tableau for survey data visualization.Connect survey data with in-game telemetry and behavioral analytics to solve business problems.Write reports and present data.Craft detailed, easy-to-understand reports that effectively communicate insights to various stakeholders across the company.Present data in meetings with clear narratives and relevant context.Ability to quickly pivot with new data to ensure timely and relevant insights.Participate in peer review for research design and insights presentation and reporting. Contribute survey expertise to other teams across the company.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, computer science, data science, games-focused degrees).3+ years of professional (post-graduation) experience creating large-scale (5,000+ respondents per study) surveys using tools such as Qualtrics, analyzing results/data, and reporting on actionable insights.2+ years of professional (post-graduation) experience creating data visualizations (Tableau strongly preferred).2+ years of data querying experience with SQL (Databricks strongly preferred, Snowflake nice-to-have).2+ years of professional (post-graduation) experience writing research reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, computer science, data science, games-focused degrees).Experience working within the games industry or a related industry (e.g., entertainment, tech, etc.)A passion for video games or gaming (expect that we’ll ask you what you play and why). #J-18808-Ljbffr
