This position will support the Payroll and HR team. The selected person will be responsible for reviewing the calculation of payroll and taxes, carrying out the review of the accounting policy and the internal reports, maintaining constant communication with the team and employees, and performing their work in a timely and efficient manner to deliver quality work as contracted by the client. Working closely with our employees to understand their payment issues, the holder of this position is to act as their trusted advisor.You'll have the following responsibilitiesProvides payroll support for Mexican employeesParticipate in and provide high-level support to team and cross-functional projectsAssists with the evaluation of external payroll trends, surveys and reports to determine the company's competitive positionPrepare and process all payment cyclesPrepare applicable accounting schedules and summariesMaintain all payroll ledger accounts and payroll related journal entriesDocument and update payroll policies and proceduresPrepare special reports for managementYou'll have the following skills and experienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in related fieldWork experience: 5 yearsTechnical knowledge: Expert in end-to-end processing of Mexican payroll, security and social security and payroll taxesEnglish: Intermediate/advancedSoftware: Good command of MS Excel and Word (intermediate - advanced level).
