This position blends strategic business development, technical sales expertise, and regional leadership, working closely with cross-functional teams, channel partners, and key accounts to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and translate engineering innovation into measurable business results, all within a culture that rewards excellence, authenticity, and results and powered by industry-leading technology and a world-class leadership team.Our client is a global leader in industrial cooling and heat transfer solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager, Latin America to accelerate regional growth and strengthen commercial presence, with a strategic focus on Mexico.Reports directly to the General Manager in Mexico, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Regional Leadership teams.Minimum 5+ years in business development or technical sales, ideally within industrial cooling, refrigeration, or HVAC manufacturingProven success developing new business through established industry relationships and expanding market share across Latin AmericaWell-established network within the HVAC and industrial cooling sectors, with strong understanding of regional customers, market channels, and industry influencersDemonstrated ability to build influence with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers to drive specification and order growthStrong background managing cross-functional, multicultural teams in a collaborative commercial environmentBilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is preferred but not mandatory.Skilled in conducting technical presentations, system analyses, and solution design discussionsComfortable interpreting engineering data, performance curves, and specifications to support customer decision-makingStrong analytical and financial acumen, capable of assessing market data, pricing, and business performanceProficient in CRM tools and digital sales platforms for pipeline tracking and opportunity managementEntrepreneurial, self-motivated, and agile in dynamic business environmentsPersuasive communicator, able to influence across technical and executive levelsCollaborative, culturally attuned, and adaptable to shifting prioritiesLead and execute regional growth strategy across Latin America, achieving sales and profitability targetsPartner with regional and local teams to support project specifications and secure new business opportunitiesConduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform data-driven decision-makingDevelop and deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations, proposals, and business casesCollaborate with Marketing to introduce new products, tools, and campaigns tailored to regional needsProvide technical and commercial leadership for key accounts and internal stakeholdersGeneral informationHybrid/Remote position based in Monterrey, NL., Competitive compensation and performance-based incentivesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
