Ongoing MXN $25,486 monthly, MXN $305,841 annual Mexico City, Mexico About the position This is a locally engaged staff position at an overseas Australian Diplomatic Mission. Under general direction this position supports the Embassy and Manager, Property and ICT with the day‑to‑day management of the property, transport and IT requirements of the Australian Embassy in Mexico City. You will have responsibility for setting priorities and managing workflow to ensure operational requirements are maintained. The role will liaise with internal and external clients and will articulate action needed to resolve emerging or existing issues. At times this position will have competing priorities that will need to be actioned as urgent. This position backfills the Manager, Property and ICT and provides support to other corporate sections as required. You may be required to work outside of business hours. Work Authorization Requirements This position is open to individuals with work permission in Mexico who speak both Spanish and English.
