Advanced Specialist, IT Relationship Management

Overview The Business relationship manager for Analytics and AI is part of the IT team. This team member will be a liaison with Business stakeholder, Vendors and working with Analytics/AI Digital IT technical team for developing use cases, business requirement and implementing and testing AI and Analytical application with technical team. Responsibilities Identify and evaluate use cases for AI and automation across O2C, logistics and finance areas. Develop Business requirement, functional specification, test cases, track project status and delivering solution Work with Data analytics and AI/Digital technical team for solutions/enhancements and validate models and ensure alignment with business goals Facilitates the implementation and support of IT solutions to enhance Celanese business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Design, configuration and Oversee interface testing, data flow with 3rd party systems Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of Celanese and recommend/develop solutions to meet the required need Transfer of (local/regional) customer requirements to globally aligned and sustainable IT solutions Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership to prioritize IT projects for CX/Supply Chain Considers and seeks detailed knowledge of industry best practices Acts as liaison with customers/stakeholders and technical team for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, solve and test problems/tickets and map Celanese business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy needs Always assures quality solutions considering integration aspects into other functions like finance, manufacturing, purchasing etc. and intensive plans for positive, negative and regression testing Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards (Safety, Security, PMO, operational guidelines, Culture) Qualifications BS or BBA in Information Technology, Business or related field 3- 5 year experience as business Analyst preferable in AI , RPA and process automation Familiar with capability of RPA, Automation anywhere, ML Farmwork, SQL , OCR Tools Familiar with Analytical tool ex. Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, SAP BI Knowledge of business process for order to cash, Logistics, warehouse management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process, pain point and opportunities for automation using AI tools. Gather and develop business requirement on dashboard and analytics tool and work with technical team on Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, SAP BI to develop Dashboards and KPI. Develop business requirement and functional specification for Automation anywhere, RPA, ML Farmwork, SQL, OCR Tool and Java scripting. Knowledge of working with Cloud service Vendors Collaboration and technical team and business for requirement gathering, testing and delivering solutions. Business knowledge and process design skills Strong problem solving and analytical thinking and adopt and learn new tools Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations Able to collaborate with stakeholders/internal customers, external parties and Internal team.
