Las responsabilidades del supervisor de contabilidad incluyen conciliar saldos de cuentas y extractos bancarios, mantener el libro mayor y preparar procedimientos de cierre de fin de mes para empresas de México y Estados Unidos. Responsabilidades Verificar, asignar, contabilizar y conciliar cuentas por pagar y por cobrar. Producir informes contables sin errores y presentar sus resultados. Analizar información financiera y resumir el estado financiero. Detectar errores y sugerir formas de mejorar la eficiencia y el gasto. Brindar soporte técnico y asesoría en Contador Gerencial. Revisar y recomendar modificaciones a los sistemas y procedimientos contables. Gestionar asistentes de contabilidad y contables. Participar en el establecimiento de estándares financieros y en el proceso de pronóstico. Proporcionar información sobre el proceso de establecimiento de objetivos del departamento. Preparar estados financieros y producir presupuesto según cronograma. Asistir con auditorías fiscales y declaraciones de impuestos. Coordinar las auditorías internas para asegurar el cumplimiento y efectividad de los controles. Planificar, asignar y revisar el trabajo del personal. Apoyar el proceso de cierre de mes, trimestre y año. Desarrollar y documentar procesos de negocio y políticas contables para mantener y fortalecer los controles internos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los principios GAAP. Revisar y supervisar el cálculo de nómina. Velar por el cumplimiento ante IMSS, Infonavit, SUA, etc. Requisitos Más de 5 años como Contador General. Excelente conocimiento de los procedimientos contables básicos. Comprensión profunda de la contabilidad fiscal mexicana y conciencia de las tendencias empresariales. Familiaridad con los estados contables financieros. Experiencia con funciones de libro mayor y el proceso de cierre de fin de mes/año. Experiencia con paquetes de software de contabilidad, como FreshBooks y QuickBooks. Habilidades avanzadas de MS Excel, incluidas Vlookups y tablas dinámicas. Precisión y atención al detalle. Aptitud para los números y habilidades cuantitativas. Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o afín. Inglés *****%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
