As we scale, we're building a high-performing sales team to expand our reach across key markets and verticals. We're seeking a motivated BDR to generate a qualified pipeline and drive Alcatraz AI's growth.The BDR will identify and create new qualified sales opportunities for the sales team. You'll interact with key decision-makers across higher education, life sciences, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure, helping them understand how Alcatraz AI enhances security, efficiency, and user experience.Prospecting & Outreach: Engage potential customers via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channelsBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for the sales teamLeverage HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo IO, Clay, and other tools to identify accounts and key decision-makersCRM Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date records of outreach, conversations, and opportunity stagesQuota Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly metrics for calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunitiesContinuous Improvement: Participate in training, provide feedback on campaigns, and share insights to improve team performance1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation (B2B tech, SaaS, or security preferred)~ able to engage executives at multiple levels~ Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools (Apollo IO, Clay, Gong, a plus)~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredIf you score well, I'll invite you to a video interview , and afterward I'll share personalized feedback from our conversation# After the interview, you'll complete a take-home test#
