Role Description This is a full‑time VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Coordinator position located on‑site in Tijuana, BCN. The VDC Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating BIM (Building Information Modeling) activities, developing and maintaining 3D models, collaborating closely with project teams, and ensuring that project design aligns with construction deliverables. Additionally, the role involves supporting field construction activities, conducting quality control reviews of models, and ensuring proper integration of systems. Qualifications Proficiency in creating, updating, and maintaining 3D models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Strong understanding of construction and building processes, including scheduling, workflows, and design coordination Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to partner with project teams effectively Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address complex design and construction challenges Knowledge of electrical systems and construction is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related field is preferred Ability to work on‑site in Tijuana, BCN, and collaborate directly with project stakeholders Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
