CRL/Business Analyst

Job Description Senior Consultant – Consumer Packaged Good Advisory, Infosys Consulting About the Role Infosys Consulting CRL practice is seeking experienced Business Analysts with CPG industry experience to be hired at a Senior Consultant Level to lead a strategic digital transformation engagement focused on Route to Market (RTM) capabilities. The senior consultant will assess current maturity, benchmark CPG industry practices, identify improvement opportunities, and develop a prioritized roadmap to enhance digital RTM and warehouse management capabilities. This role requires strong process advisory skills and the ability to independently drive client conversations and outcomes. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end engagement delivery including stakeholder alignment, diagnostics, and roadmap development Conduct “As-Is” process evaluations and pain point assessments across RTM and warehouse operations Benchmark current capabilities against industry standards and best practices Identify improvement opportunities and develop a compelling value case for transformation Design and present a prioritized future-state roadmap with actionable recommendations Facilitate workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather insights and validate findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Mexico and North America to ensure seamless delivery Provide thought leadership on digital RTM and warehouse management technologies Support client in aligning roadmap with strategic business goals and digital maturity aspirations Basic Qualifications 5+ years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 2+ years in CPG or related sectors Proven experience in maturity assessments, benchmarking, and roadmap development Strong process advisory and client-facing skills with ability to lead engagements independently Familiarity with RTM and warehouse management technologies and processes Excellent communication and facilitation skills in both English and Spanish Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work across geographies and time zones Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent) Hands‑on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, and Kanban boards Azure DevOps Experience to lead projects as project manager in multiple delivery methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile). Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital transformation initiatives within CPG or FMCG sectors Knowledge of technology platforms supporting RTM and warehouse operations Ability to build executive‑level relationships and influence stakeholders Experience working in cross‑cultural teams and managing hybrid delivery models Master’s degree or MBA preferred Consulting experience with top‑tier firms or similar environments Knowledge of PowerBI Additional Information Mexico City This job may entail an extensive amount of travel.
