The Role We are looking for a Help Desk Coordinator to provide technical support. You will solve fundamental technical problems and support all assigned areas. The goal is to work with the rest of the Resourcing Technology team to provide efficient and flexible technical support to internal clients across all internal technology platforms. We're looking to hire a Principal Technical Support agent with 4+ years of experience in Monterrey or Mexico City. It's a fixed term contract (three months). Key Accountabilities Take ownership and responsibility for managing high complexity support tickets and queries. Provide 2nd/3rd line support. Ensure all tickets and queries that come into the team are accurately and securely processed within ServiceNow to agreed SLA's. Manage and own ad hoc technology projects. Provide continual process improvement across the team and function. Recording and managing all information/data and actions/tasks. Building and maintaining strong working relationships within the team and with Internal Technology. Providing administrative support. Manage changes and configurations in the systems. Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in IT helpdesk. Strong IT skills and computer literacy. Ability to manage and organize your own workload. Proactive problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Excel. Experience with ATS support is a plus. Experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
