We are currently collaborating with a fast-growing DTC brand that is seeking a Creative Strategist to join their team on a remote full-time basis.In this role, you’ll own the full creative pipeline—from ideation to performance analysis—partnering with editors, designers, and media buyers to deliver performance-driven direct-response ads across Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.🎬 Ideate, script, and build weekly direct-response creative briefs (UGC short-form, DR edits, statics)🎨 Partner with editors and designers, providing clear and timely feedback to ensure quality and deadlines are met📱 Develop platform-native concepts with a focus on direct-response video📊 Own creative performance, driving towards monthly/quarterly KPIs tied to CPA/CAC and win rate🔍 Translate key metrics (hook rate, hold, CTR, CVR, CPA) into testing strategies and creative iterations🧪 Collaborate with media buyers to define hypotheses, budgets, and success metrics for creative testing📂 Document insights and learnings systematically in Notion🚀 Review daily ad performance and identify optimization opportunities💡 Continuously ideate new hooks, angles, and creative concepts, maintaining a growing angle library📈 Monitor competitor trends, market signals, and platform updates to stay ahead✅ Proven experience as a Creative Strategist📢 Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and performance marketing principles📺 Hands-on experience with Meta, Instagram, and YouTube advertising platforms📊 Strong analytical ability with comfort in performance metrics and testing frameworks📅 Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines💬 Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in remote, cross-functional teams🌍 100% Remote Role (Work from anywhere)💵 Competitive Salary in USD🤝 Collaborative and high-performance remote work culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
