Descripción del puesto Una empresa global de alimentos en Cuautitlán está buscando un HRBP I para colaborar con la dirección en el desarrollo de programas de recursos humanos. El candidato ideal debe contar con una Licenciatura y más de 6 años de experiencia en RRHH, incluyendo 3 años como HR Business Partner. El rol incluye la consultoría sobre los objetivos de la compañía, la gestión de proyectos y la implementación de prácticas de RRHH. Responsabilidades Consultar y asesorar a liderazgo sobre metas y estrategias de RRHH. Gestionar proyectos y garantizar su ejecución oportuna y eficaz. Implementar y mejorar prácticas de RRHH alineadas con la estrategia de la empresa. Calificaciones Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o campo relacionado. Mayor a 6 años de experiencia en RRHH, con al menos 3 años como HR Business Partner. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de influir en los líderes de la organización. Experiencia demostrada en proyectos de RRHH y en la implementación de políticas y procesos.
