Responsibilities Ensure operational stability, integrity, and availability of supported products and services. Maintain compliance with service management standards and ensure high‑quality data in service management systems. Identify and resolve incidents associated with IT services as established by the Operations Development team. Adhere to service resilience, sustainability, and recovery time objectives for all delivered software solutions. Deliver engineering changes to the infrastructure prioritizing customer/user experience. Design and implement infrastructure changes to meet anticipated load, performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements. Automate code generation, testing, and processing across all environments to minimize variation and ensure high future quality of code and data. Drive automation, continuous integration, and high availability through system monitoring and maintenance. Qualifications Language Level: English – Advanced (C1) Immediate right to work locally and no relocation required.
