Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.Job DescriptionReporting to the Integrated Production Director, we are looking to bring on an Integrated Producer to support our growing creative and experience production team - ensuring a thoughtful, and high-quality service across deliverables.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a solid strategic and executional understanding of our service and our client’s businessDevelop/update, improve and implement appropriate plans for the account, working in collaboration with other team members to help us achieve our operational goals and reach our financial targetsBe the go-to operational person on the account, both internally and externallyManage the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and external client comms to ensure that the team continues to deliver world-class serviceInterrogate and challenge process and timingsMentor, motivating, and supporting team members, displaying leadership and providing counsel to the teamQualifications3 years experience working in advertising or brand/marketing environments, with localization/language work exposureMUST have Spanish and English proficiency.Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independentlyExperience working on language-driven processesProcess Improvement - You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
