Investor Relations Manager About the Company We are a fast-growing auto-fintech platform operating in Latin America, working closely with global investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners. The company operates in a highly cross-border environment and requires clear, accurate, and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders. Role Overview We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to support investor communications, stakeholder coordination, and fundraising-related execution. This role focuses on relationship management, project coordination, and operational excellence , ensuring investors and partners receive timely, accurate, and well-organized information. The ideal candidate has a strong finance background , excellent multilingual communication skills , and the ability to manage complex workflows involving senior internal leaders and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Investor Relations & Stakeholder Coordination Act as a key point of contact for investors, partners, and external stakeholders Coordinate and schedule meetings across internal leadership and external investors, banks, and advisors Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up items for investor and stakeholder meetings Support ongoing investor communications, updates, and inquiries Financial & Business Support Work closely with finance and strategy teams to support preparation of investor materials Assist in compiling financial summaries, operating metrics, and business updates Help translate complex financial and business information into clear, investor-friendly materials Data Room & Documentation Management Manage investor data room access, permissions, and version control Organize and maintain investor-facing documents to ensure accuracy and consistency Track incoming investor requests and ensure timely delivery of materials Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to keep documentation up to date Cross-Border & Multilingual Communication Serve as a communication bridge among English-, Chinese-, and Spanish-speaking stakeholders Review, translate, and proofread investor communications and materials as needed Ensure consistency of messaging across languages and regions Project Management & Execution Manage timelines and deliverables for investor-related projects and initiatives Coordinate cross-functional workstreams involving finance, legal, operations, and leadership Track action items, dependencies, and deadlines with strong attention to detail Qualifications & Requirements Must-Have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – written and spoken Strong financial literacy and understanding of financial statements Experience in banks, auto financing, fintech, or financial services Excellent project management and organizational skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong Plus Spanish proficiency (written and spoken) Prior experience in investor relations, corporate finance, strategy, or capital markets Experience working in cross-border or multi-jurisdiction environments Key Traits for Success Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Strong communicator comfortable working with senior executives and external stakeholders Proactive, execution-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities Culturally fluent and comfortable operating in a global environment Location: Americas (Mexico City preferred) Language Requirement: English & Chinese (Mandarin) – fluent | Spanish – strong plus
