Descripción del trabajo HCM Payroll Consultant to Implement Time Management of US & Canada, Remote in Mexico We are seeking a seasoned EC Payroll Consultant to implement Time Management and CATS operating across the United States and Canada. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll solutions. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state and cross-border clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Manage tax filings, payroll reconciliations, benefit deductions, and year-end activities. Collaborate with HR, finance, and client stakeholders to address payroll requirements and resolve issues. Interpret and implement evolving payroll regulations across the US and Canada; advise clients on optimal processes and controls. Support client onboarding, data validation, and continuous process improvements. Prepare and present clear, actionable payroll reporting and insights. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in consulting projects in the US and Canada, with payroll processing at scale. 5+ years of experience in HCM EC Payroll and Time Management with CATS. Technical experience in SAP HCM Payroll for the US and Canada, including taxes, benefits, and vacations. Strong knowledge of federal, state/provincial tax regulations, benefits, and compliance. Experience with payroll systems and data integrity controls, taking care of Unit Test Scripts in HP ALM or Quality Center. Delivery and documentation with appropriate screenshots for testing scenarios for business for UAT. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consultative client-facing role. Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of Mexico are eligible.
