Who are we looking forWe are looking for a LATAM HR Manager who will act as a key HR reference for managers and teams across the region. This role will report directly to the LATAM General Manager and functionally to the Regional HR Manager.You will support the growth of the organization across multiple countries ensuring that HR processes are executed with excellence and aligned with regional and global strategies.What will your day-to-day look likePayroll & Legal Compliance.Oversee payroll providers in each country to ensure accuracy compliance and timely delivery.Ensure all HR documentation contracts and policies comply with local labor regulations and Group governance.HR AdministrationManage employee life-cycle processes (onboarding changes offboarding) and ensure proper data maintenance and accuracy.Coordinate the local payroll process and work with external advisors to ensure legal and tax obligations are correctly fulfilled.Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes.Negotiate with agencies and partners optimize costs and strengthen the employer brand in the region.Group HR ProjectsActively participate in global projects such as the implementation of the new HRIS (2026).Deploy Group and regional HR processes and policies.Employee ExperienceDrive onboarding and integration programs.Support managers in development engagement and retention initiatives.HR Business PartneringProvide day-to-day HR guidance to managers ensuring decisions align with local legislation and company values.Contribute to workforce planning organizational structure and performance discussions.Qualifications3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role ideally in multinational or regional environments.Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory). Portuguese is a plus.Strong knowledge of payroll labor law employee relations and recruitment.Experience managing external providers (payroll legal advisors recruitment).Proficient in digital tools and Office Suite.
