Demand & Supply Planner Leader Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy. Lead the complete order‑to‑delivery value stream; drive strategic and tactical planning to align capacity, materials, and customer demand across production and logistics functions. Develop visual capacity planning tools to maintain S&OP / S&OE dynamic updates. Analyze sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends. Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue. Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands. Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals. Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives. Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes. Optimize inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives. How you will do it Coordinate the customer projects with supply planning. Implemented programs or policies that maximize inventory turns and identify slow moving items in the inventory life cycle. Present on how the demanding planning process improves turnover and inventory results. Manage inventory tools and analyze data about surplus and discards. Monitor demand forecasts and ensure accurate reporting and analysis of data. Perform analyses with this data using analytical models and mathematical analysis. Use analysis results to improve supply chain processes, performance and to reduce costs. Communicate and explain statistical models and recommendations to diverse audiences. Identify areas of improvements and recommend action plans. Required: Education & Experience A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Power BI Certification. 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus). Knowledge of Supply Chain processes such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics. Use of various software and computer applications such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs. Skills Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences. A flexible, dynamic, self‑demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate oneself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others. Highly organized and detail‑oriented individuals. Supply Chain Network Planner **Work Schedule**Standard (Mon‑Fri)**Environmental Conditions**Office**Job Description**Discover Impactful Work:We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Supply Chain Network Planner to join our team. As a Network Planner, you will be working directly with the Network Planning Senior Manager where you will monitor global inventory, anticipate network demand, and suggest capacity investments to ensure production continuity. In this role, you will lead and own projects and activities linked to the Global Supply Chain strategy. The role will collaborate across the function and wider organization to develop targeted improvement plans for product availability, working capital optimization and productivity improvement, and will follow up until implementation is complete. A day in the Life: + Create an optimized E2E global supply plan for designated product categories, for our US East Coast plants each month, for the medium and long‑term horizon.+ Develop and maintain thorough Demand vs Capacity models at the Site and Network level to highlight gaps in supply and create action plans to ensure continuity of supply.+ Contribute to improvement of key supply chain metrics like OTTP, Lead time, Product Availability and Inventory health.+ Formulate recommendations for the Stocking Strategy for the product portfolio in conjunction with site supply chain leaders, employing a scalable network, systems and processes.+ Develop and lead the monthly capacity/backorders calibration process for your respective manufacturing site/sub‑business group. This process should focus on root‑cause analysis for highest backorders, clearly identify the actions owners and next steps.+ Assist the Network Planning Manager on monthly and weekly Scorecards review process and prepare root‑cause analysis for Top Inventory Increases and Slow Moving & Obsolete inventory. Keys to Success: **Education**+ A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or other business management‑related field.+ 3+ years of confirmed experience.+ Specific experience in Materials Management and Planning.+ Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification.+ APICS certification preferred.**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**+ Strong problem‑solving capabilities, with direct, applied experience in Supply Chain.+ Ability to link the critical business supply chain, systems, and processes needed to achieve forecast accuracy.+ Clear understanding of the order‑to‑cash process in manufacturing businesses.+ Experience in using supply chain planning tools like SAP or Kinaxis.+ Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral.+ Consistent track record with a continuous improvement methodology (i.e., Lean, Six Sigma).
