Job ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the origination efforts with senior bankers and product teams to identify, structure and deliver value-added solutions including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, FX & Rates and Commodities Hedging.Conduct comprehensive client and industry analysis, prepare account plans, and conduct deal pitches.Cultivate and develop client relationship by addressing clients' banking requirements leveraging J.P. Morgan's global network and value propositions.Assume full ownership in end-to-end deal execution with strong sense of responsibility and leadership.Support senior bankers in carrying out end-to-end deal process and the maintenance of existing business relationship, as well as the management of KYC on-boarding, renewal and remediation.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or other related disciplinesMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar corporate banking roleFully bilingual (Spanish and English)Strong financial analytical skills and knowledge of corporate banking products including cash management, credit, trade finance, FX & Rates and Commodities Hedging.Display consistent and high standard of personal integrity, partnership and team spirit.Excellent communication skill and strong client management experience.Ability to work effectively across time zones.About usJ.P.
