As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.Develops, implements, and sustains IT solutions to business problems to improve business processes, develop systems and policies, improve user proficiency, and promote system adoption in collaboration with key stakeholders.How you'll make an impact:Performs root cause analysis and troubleshoot business systems, interfaces, configurations, etc., including testing and researching data integrity/accuracyAssesses business needs of assigned functional area; including but not limited to determining which business processes to re-engineer or automate and working with Product Owners to translate them into detailed user stories.
