Buscamos un/a Marketing Technology Lead con sólida experiencia en Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next y Data Cloud , que lidere la estrategia y ejecución de soluciones de tecnología de marketing enfocadas en Account-Based Marketing (ABM) y estrategias B2C . Este rol es clave para conectar marketing, ventas y TI, asegurando que las plataformas tecnológicas habiliten campañas personalizadas, escalables y orientadas a resultados.ResponsabilidadesSer el/la referente técnico y funcional de Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next y Data Cloud .Diseñar e implementar soluciones de marketing B2C y ABM alineadas a los objetivos del negocio.Definir arquitectura de datos, segmentación, resolución de identidades y personalización usando Data Cloud.Crear y administrar journeys, automatizaciones y campañas multicanal (email, SMS y canales digitales).Garantizar la correcta integración y sincronización entre Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud y Marketing Cloud .Monitorear y optimizar el desempeño de campañas para maximizar engagement y conversión.Colaborar con equipos de marketing, ventas y tecnología para alinear procesos y requerimientos.Traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas efectivas.RequisitosLicenciatura o Ingeniería en Marketing, Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.Más de 5 años de experiencia en roles de tecnología de marketing.Al menos 3 años de experiencia práctica con Salesforce Marketing Cloud .Conocimiento sólido de Data Cloud (modelado de datos, segmentación, identity resolution).Experiencia en Account-Based Marketing (ABM) y marketing B2C.Dominio de SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS y flujos de automatización.Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y trabajar con distintos stakeholders.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y análisis.DeseableCertificaciones en Salesforce Marketing Cloud y/o Data Cloud .Experiencia con APIs, herramientas ETL e integraciones .Experiencia en operaciones de marketing global y cumplimiento normativo.
