Security and Compliance : Identify infrastructure security-relevant actions, tests, and key performance indicators. Enhances the security posture of the Compass data platform, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and assets. Perform data platform compliance tasks and automate the compliance processes.Champion the best practices and guardrails for using the data platform. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize the data platform for all stakeholders.or PhD. in Computer Science, information science or equivalent~ Fluent English skills is a must for the role~5+ years of developing experience with Infrastructure As Code technology, such as AWS Cloud Formation and Terraform .~ Infrastructure configuration automation experience~5+ years of experience on setting up, managing and automating the cloud big data platforms, such as AWS , Airflow, Databricks , Spark, etc.~8+ years of Solid programming skills in Python.
