Job Overview Salesforce is expanding its GDC Latam team and seeks a dedicated and passionate Solution Architect to define and implement transformational opportunities for clients. Your role is to understand clients’ business needs, design and configure solutions, and scope the end‑to‑end delivery. Responsibilities Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints in multi‑cloud implementations. Work closely with customers to understand current business processes at a detailed level. Engage with various levels of customers’ IT business partners. Develop strong client relationships and build trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with internal and external collaborators. Create prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and mockups to elicit and define business requirements. Document user stories and business requirements and detail them in agile sprints for the scrum team. Participate in UAT and Go‑Live processes, including test planning, test script development, test execution, and status reporting. Analyze data requirements, structures, and integration points and map them to Salesforce objects or external REST endpoints. Identify business process improvements and automation opportunities. Document work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos. Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues. Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role. Qualifications +10 years of CRM experience. Demonstrated ability to understand business strategies and translate requirements into effective implementation designs. Excellent design skills, including critiquing visual elements and optimizing user flows. Excellent written and visual communication skills. Self‑directed, able to break down complex processes and manage progress within a set timeline. Expertise in process modeling tools and standard methodologies. In‑depth knowledge of key processes in industry‑specific solutions. Experience with project management tools and standard methodologies. Data modeling, systems analysis, and design skills. Alignment to core competencies such as leadership roles, military experience, or volunteer work. Advanced English proficiency.
