Descripción del puesto Estamos en búsqueda de un Technical Project Coordinator / IT Project Manager con sólida experiencia liderando iniciativas tecnológicas dentro del sector bancario. Esta persona será responsable de coordinar proyectos, gestionar requerimientos, analizar procesos y asegurar la correcta implementación de soluciones tecnológicas, incluyendo proyectos relacionados con cajeros automáticos.El rol requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas, capacidad de gestión, comunicación efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios y un alto nivel de autonomía.ExperienciaMás de 5 años en:Gestión o coordinación de proyectos tecnológicos.Análisis de procesos o análisis funcional/tecnológico.Proyectos del sector bancario .Implementación de cajeros automáticos (ATMs), integración o despliegue operativo.Conocimientos técnicosFundamentos de gestión de proyectos (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum).Dominio de herramientas de gestión: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project u otras plataformas similares.Conocimiento de flujos operativos y regulatorios en banca.Capacidad de documentación, levantamiento de requerimientos y seguimiento a indicadores.Otros requisitosInglés Avanzado (capacidad para interactuar con equipos globales).Disponibilidad para trabajar en sitio en AICM Terminal 1 y Terminal 2 .Responsabilidades principalesCoordinar y dar seguimiento a proyectos tecnológicos desde el levantamiento de requerimientos hasta la ejecución y cierre.Gestionar cronogramas, riesgos, dependencias y entregables.Asegurar la correcta implementación y funcionamiento de proyectos relacionados con ATMs .Colaborar con equipos de tecnología, operaciones, proveedores y áreas de negocio.Documentar procesos, flujos, mejoras y reportes ejecutivos.Monitorear avances mediante herramientas de gestión y metodologías ágiles.Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos tecnológicos y operativos.
