Location: Cuernavaca, Morelos Schedule: Monday–Friday Compensation: Competitive Salary + Government Benefits About the Position We are looking for a Call Center Manager with strong sales expertise and leadership skills. If you speak English at a native or near-native level, and want a stable Monday–Friday role with full benefits, this position may be a great fit. Key Responsibilities: · Lead, coach, and motivate a team of call center sales agents · Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded · Provide training, feedback, and support to improve productivity and sales results · Handle escalated calls and ensure an excellent customer experience · Prepare daily/weekly reports and collaborate with management on strategy · Maintain a positive, high-performance environment Requirements · Native or near-native English proficiency (C1–C2)· Residing in Cuernavaca or able to commute daily · Proven sales experience and prior team lead/supervisory experience in a call center (preferred)· Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills · Goal-driven with the ability to motivate and guide a team What We Offer · Competitive salary · Government benefits (IMSS, paid vacation, holidays, etc.)· Monday–Friday work schedule · Stable, professional work environment · Opportunities for leadership growth and performance bonuses · Access to the "Zen Zone," a private room with amenities for employee relaxation · Events and more...
