If you feel related to these couple of lines, then this is a sign..About the RoleOrchata is looking for a self‑motivated and disruptive Product Manager with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a fast‑paced, successful startup environment. As Product Manager you will craft and orchestrate compelling user experiences which create meaningful and life lasting connections between Orchata (Design team and Tech team) and end‑customers. We are looking for a person with strong experience as Product Manager and better yet if you have previously worked as a product designer.We don’t want you to build another product, but THE product.This is the app of the future.What You’ll DoLead the ideation and launch of innovative productsDrive product development with Orchata’s engineers and designersAnalyze metrics that inform the success of our productsTo research, analyze and deep understanding of the problems that customers are facingEstablish the direction and vision of the product alongside with the CEOSet and adjust the roadmapCoordinating the requirements for features and chores to a designerShepherd features through design, coordinating tweaks and adjustmentsCommunicate new features and updates, both internally and to customers and merchantsWhat the Candidate Will Need4+ years of product management experienceE-commerce is a plusMarketplace experience is a pluSRequired skillsAbility to simplify and turn complex interactions into intuitive user experiencesExceptional skills in ideation sketching, brainstorming, UX & prototyping softwareExperience in mobile web and/ or native mobile developmentFluency with design tools, most notably Sketch, Invision, Figma and/or other UX & prototyping softwareDemonstrated design and UX sensibilitiesClear and confident communicator with an affinity for visual storytellingPortfolio showing breadth of UI/UX Design workExtra magic points if you haveTechnical knowledge: UI with the latest technologies: React, Redux, Sass, ES2016Previous experience working early stage startups, e-commerce platforms or SaaS. #J-18808-Ljbffr
