Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con ejecutivos senior del cliente. Administrar presupuestos, generar proyecciones y monitorear el desempeño general de las cuentas. Guiar y desarrollar al equipo para fortalecer sus habilidades y autoconfianza. Colaborar con las áreas de Strategy, Creative y Media para crear campañas integradas. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de las cuentas actuales. Ser el punto de contacto principal para resolver problemas del cliente de forma rápida y eficaz. Apoyar nuevos negocios mediante propuestas y presentaciones. Habilidades y Competencias Requeridas Experiencia liderando cuentas complejas y asesorando a clientes senior. Capacidad para motivar, guiar y desarrollar equipos. Pensamiento analítico orientado a la acción. Comunicación clara y enfoque sereno ante los desafíos. Atención al detalle y excelente gestión del tiempo. Conocimiento financiero para administrar presupuestos de cuenta. Seguridad al interactuar con clientes y directivos. Educación y Experiencia Licenciatura en Marketing, Publicidad o Comunicación. 6 a 9 años de experiencia en agencias o gestión de clientes. 1 a 2 años liderando equipos directamente. Experiencia en canales digitales, de medios y tradicionales. Deseable familiaridad con herramientas como Asana, HubSpot o Google Workspace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
