Job Description As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance our brand presence. Your role will involve developing and executing tactical marketing plans, managing email campaigns, coordinating events and webinars, maintaining content libraries, and analyzing campaign performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing with hands-on experience in professional services environments. Practical knowledge of email platforms/marketing automation tools such as ACTION Speadsheet Editor tracking software ; webinar tools like Zoom/ON24; CMS updates (e.g., AEM); basic CRM tasks (e.g., lead management) leading multichannel campaigns successfully implemented before. Demonstrable event coordination experience for virtual/in-person programs including registration setup; run-of-show coordination; speaker liaison duties; on-site support requirements addressed properly each time every request occurs during live sessions while juggling tight deadlines expertly without missing anything crucial when translating data insights into actionable strategic recommendations ensuring client satisfaction remains paramount across entire customer lifecycle journey from prospect qualification all throughout fulfillment stages afterwards post-project closeout review meetings taking place naturally within expected timeframe according schedule defined upfront prior commencing work together everyone knowing exactly what needs accomplishing otherwise overall clear understanding maintained continually amongst ourselves too.
