HR Specialist - TrainingWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: On Site – [Reynosa, Tamaulipas, México]OpportunityBasic FunctionUnder the general supervision of the Manager HR, this role is responsible for process personnel administrative changes such as new hires, quits, transfers, employee performance evaluations, etc. The HR Specialist prepares Social Security change notices, obtains corresponding authorizations, and elaborates documentation such as absenteeism reports, tardiness permits, and pre‑payroll reports for every foreman. The specialist implements and coordinates training initiatives and instills the KOS philosophy in the training function.Specific ResponsibilitiesProvide new workers with ID credentials, uniforms, lockers, etc.Support contact with the company cafeteria and conduct periodic surveys about the service and monitor daily issues.Distribute and follow up performance evaluations for union employees.Provide support in the organization of social events.General attention to the personnel.Implement and maintain a comprehensive training and education support program targeting hourly and administrative associates, covering orientation, job skills, safety, personal/professional improvement, and general subject training.Cultivate a partnership with supervision members to support strategic quality and manufacturing objectives.Develop and modify assessment tools, maintain records, analyze results, and determine training priorities.Conduct and maintain competency assessment testing to understand knowledge levels and provide competitive training advantages.Develop and mentor additional facilitators within the Stainless Operation and KPNA to provide training responsibilities, organize instructors, observe techniques, and evaluate training for continuous improvement.Maintain communication with associates and supervision, leverage internal partnerships to identify training needs, and provide on the job training.Coordinate use of Stainless‑Steel resources.Facilitate training when internal resources are not available.Skills/RequirementsEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree. Minimum 5‑year experience in a similar position.
