About The Team The Global Brand & Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi‑faceted team does it all. We are a collection of creative visionaries, craftsmen, storytellers, strategists, producers, and more, whose sole purpose is to bring the brand to life across our portfolio of work. As a global, internal creative agency, we have been building a scalable content production studio of our dreams— where production design can be centralized, ad‑hoc creative projects can be delivered, and our tools and systems operationalized. The foundation of this team is to allow our talented creative thinkers to focus on what they do best, while ensuring that the work is delivered on time and on brand, with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency. About The Role As the Production Designer, you will work closely with the Studio Manager and the project manager to intake project requests as they come in from HQ in Slack lists. You will be a hands‑on, pixel‑perfect craftsman, able to take an approved concept and confidently build it out in various sizes and media with a strong aesthetic POV, building those files to final production specifications. Types of work will include print mechanical production for global events, digital design and production for demand‑gen campaigns including emails, banners, social, presentation design, infographic design, and Photoshop compositing. Note: This is generally not a design‑focused role. Most of your time will be spent building and making, taking existing concepts and creating them for final production based on the delivery medium. You will have some design opportunities and need to build with a strong design aesthetic. Please provide a portfolio that shows the work you’ve been directly involved in and your role in those projects. Responsibilities Work closely with project managers and project requesters to understand the scope and proactively ask pertinent questions. Build print mechanicals using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, preparing all files for the printer following CMYK and printer specifications. Experience with mechanical tools such as Triple Triangle is a plus. Deliver pixel‑perfect, production‑ready files for events and digital demand‑gen across a range of media formats. Take existing concepts and lay them out in various formats with a strong visual aesthetic. Have expert understanding of Salesforce guidelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Be highly proactive, communicative, and focused on delivering on deadlines. Ensure all final assets are properly prepared and uploaded to the internal DAM. Required Qualifications Extensive experience in design, production or related field. Experience working in digital design and production at an internal marketing organization or advertising agency. Deep understanding of creative production processes across digital & print formats. Print experience is essential; this role will focus on events and global signage. Experience managing internal client relationships and agencies. Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English. 8 years of industry or related creative experience. Expert knowledge of creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva.
