The Talent Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different business areas in LATAM. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR teams, this role ensures the attraction, assessment, and hiring of qualified talent while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process: intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to align on job requirements and provide guidance on selection best practices. Source candidates through multiple channels, including پیداهدی Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, and referrals. Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment events, and university engagement. Monitor and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, quality of hire) to ensure process efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and local labor regulations. Collaborate with HRBPs and regional TA teams on recruitment strategies and talent mapping.
