Vacante para la empresa DB Soluciones en Polanco -Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México MANAGER ACCOUNTING AND COMPLIANCEADVANCED ENGLISHUndergraduate Degree in accounting required10+ years experience in Accounting and compliance with 6 years managing an accounting team, working in a multi-currency, multi-country environmentStrong understanding of local IFRSKnowledge of US GAAPOracle experience a strong plus RESPONSIBILITIES Owner of TGCS US GAAP Accounting Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations for the local entity each month Propose necessary journal entries each month to ensure correct accruals and adjustments are reflected, including but not limited to correct accounting for local indirect and direct tax concepts Ensure correct accounting for local payroll and employee tax concepts Owner of TGCS local Statutory Accounting and Compliance Execute all aspects of annual statutory audit requirement with full ownership of coordination with local auditors (PwC), also including but not limited to physical inventory counts and interim audit procedures Prepare statutory financial statement notes according to IFRS standard Owner of Indirect and Direct Tax Compliance Prepare and review individual indirect tax filing concepts each month and bimonthly basis, including, VAT, withholding income tax, ICA municipal tax, withholding on ICA, along with annual mandatory filings, and ensure the same are filed on time Coordinate with treasury to ensure all required payments for indirect taxes are executed on time Prepare and review corporate income tax return schedules for the legal entity along with mandatory transactional filings Support HQ corporate tax team on quarterly and annual US GAAP corporate income tax provision adjustments Lead the preparation of annual, local corporate income tax return Work Area: POLANCO, CDMX Hybrid Scheme We offer: Salary of $55,000 to $65,000 nominal Benefits required by law and above Nível de educação deseada Superior - titulado Nível de experiência deseada Nível Experto Función departamental Contabilidad / Finanzas Industria Fabricación Eléctrica / Electrónica #J-18808-Ljbffr
