Provides HR support to employees regarding HR policies and services, and a broad range of HR support to achieve business objectives. Collaborates with business units, departments, and functional leadership to communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and drive bottom line results. Implements human resources strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention and culture satisfaction. Compiles, analyzes, and reports Human Resources metrics to an assigned team to ensure that business unit or department objectives are met. Assists Talent Management with leading recruitment efforts to help attract diverse talent and build bench strength and supports new employees with their assimilation process, when needed. Provides guidance to managers and employees on employee/labor relations issues. Qualifications +5 years' experience in HR position Experience in HR fields such as labor relations, personnel services, staffing, events coordination, new hires induction, interns program management Knowledge of Project Management Experience working with HR systems as Workday or TRESS Strong abilities to work with MS Office (Excel advanced) Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and be self‑directed English (advanced) Available to work 5:00AM - 2:00PM EEO Statement Raytheon Technologies is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
