Responsibilities CPQ Expertise: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements. Develop complex product configurations, pricing rules, discounting structures, and approval workflows. Design and implement quote templates, proposals, and contracts. Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement using CPQ capabilities. Design and implement solutions to streamline quoting, pricing, and contract generation. Train sales teams on how to effectively use Salesforce CPQ. Gather feedback from users and continuously improve the CPQ solution. Technical Support and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues promptly.
