Desktop Support - Windows Operating System Location: CDMX, CMX, MX Company: NTT DATA Services NTT DATA strives to hire exceptional, innovative and passionate individuals who want to grow with us. Assisted with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers. Provided technological support for events in the main auditoriums of the corporate building. Travel may be required. Requirements: Knowledge of Windows operating system. Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow and Office Suite. Experience in managing suppliers and staff under supervision. Client service skills attending VIPs. Zone: Santa Fe Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, alternate schedules from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm and from 10:00 am to 07:00 pm.
