Position Responsibilities Manage office staff and daily administrative operations effectively and efficiently. Prepare reports, documentation and presentations. Act as liaison between Uline and building facilities, vendors, visitors, etc. Identify, troubleshoot and make recommendations for improvements on office-related issues. Minimum Requirements High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. 7+ years of Office Administration / Management experience. Excellent organization, time management and multitasking skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
