The Team and Role The LAT Financial Analyst will support LAT Business Finance Manager (LAT BFM) in his/her current responsibilities and will be part of the Global Emerging Markets Finance team which works across multiple geographies and diverse cultures including more than 140 countries covering Southeast Asia, India, Middle East, Central Asia, Türkiye, Africa, Brazil, Mexico, and Latin America. The LAT Financial Analyst will be a strategic & analytical partner to the LAT Sales & Marketing Teams in Brazil, Mexico & NSC clusters. The professional will also provide support in the areas of financial planning & data analytics, working very closely with the LAT BFM to help drive balanced profitable growth while maintaining financial integrity. In this role you will : Provide financial leadership to the cluster Sales & marketing team through data-based analytics, trends & key insights from a finance perspective in conjunction with LAT BFM. Support the LAT BFM track & report key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through / Sellout, Channel Inventory and operating expenses. Maintain Weekly Sales reporting update, tableau dashboard reporting & SFDC analysis. Consolidate and reconcile inputs from the clusters ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Support LAT BFM on the preparation and submission of the annual / quarterly projections in the system. Perform quarter end closing accruals, actuals reporting, post close reconciliations (Distributor / Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities) and track quarterly spending (Soft$ & Marcom). Support LAT BFM in the day-to-day routine with demands from LAT business including: Prepare analysis between actual and budgets figures of Soft$ & Marcom to support business to control those investments. Participate in sales and marketing weekly meetings of LAT business. Assist the BFM in quarterly target setting process / commission review. OCRM offers approvals / validation. Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related areas. A number of years of progressive FP&A experience (preferably but not mandatory in Consumer electronics, IT or FMCG industry). Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Expert in Excel; Experience in Tableau, Oracle Essbase & planning systems such as Onestream (preferably).
