Calificaciones Experiencia: desarrollo de software, arquitectura de sistemas o ingeniería de herramientas. Conocimiento técnico: experto en ecosistema de herramientas en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo del software (SDLC), metodologías DevOps y en principales herramientas de desarrollo (IDE, SCM, CI/CD, Testing, Observabilidad). Habilidades de liderazgo: Capacidad para liderar discusiones técnicas complejas, influenciar decisiones y negociar con áreas clave (Arquitectura, Seguridad…).
